Back in 2020, Justin founded CBI Construction Pty Ltd. after coming home to residential building. Following six years in commercial work, he was driven to create high-performance, sustainable homes that stood for quality craftsmanship.
Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do at CBI. By 2022, the team were certified as Passive House tradesmen, further cementing our expertise in energy-efficient building.
Over the last five years, CBI delivered a diverse range of projects—from detailed inner-city terraces to luxury waterfront homes on Pittwater. We pride ourselves on our meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality, setting the standard for architectural renovations across Sydney’s Northern Beaches. -

Justin has over 18 years of experience across three trades, showcasing his versatility and expertise. Dedicated to innovation and quality, he ensures all our projects deliver exceptional results. His strategic vision and industry knowledge help our team turn clients' dreams to reality. He started his construction career as a landscaper, designing multimillion-dollar projects in Sydney before moving into carpentry and building. He has worked on projects ranging from $20,000 to $65 million in the construction industry.

As our NPS Customer Service Ambassador, Angeline is key to excellent client relations and effective content planning. Her expertise ensures strong results across lead generation, social media strategy, website content, graphic design, and account management.
A dedicated professional, wife, and mother, she is focused on delivering a high standard of service while balancing her family life.

Project Manager
John Mark is a licensed Civil Engineer and Master Plumber, bringing robust expertise in project coordination, QA/QC, cost management, and clear stakeholder communication.
His proficiency across Procore, AutoCAD, and other key software allows him to manage complex projects with high technical efficiency. John Mark's experience as a Construction Project Engineer, QA/QC Engineer, and Field Engineer means he has essential, hands-on knowledge across every stage of the build.
His commitment to excellence is further demonstrated by his ongoing pursuit of a Master’s degree in Construction Management.

Site Foreman | Project Manager
Elliott is an integral part of our team, serving as a Site Foreman and Project Manager with 6 years of dedicated, hands-on construction experience.
Starting in 2018, Elliott rapidly progressed, earning his trade qualifications in 2022. He transitioned from commercial estimating to completing a carpentry apprenticeship in residential construction, ensuring he has practical, essential on-site expertise.
Elliott holds a Certificate IV in Building and Construction and is focused on overseeing architectural residential projects with an unwavering commitment to quality, precision, and efficiency.

Jarreau brings 8 years of strong construction experience to the CBI team, earning his Certificate III and IV in 2020.He has gained invaluable hands-on expertise across numerous high-quality projects, ranging from $1 million to $5 million, working with various established firms. As a Site Foreman, Jarreau provides the practical knowledge and leadership essential to oversee and drive every project to a successful completion.
